I love the jeera rice and palak chicken (spinach curry) and of course the refreshing mango lassi!! Owner is so friendly! They are located in the 2nd floor. I wish they have a table for smokers and non-smokers.

The staff is really friendly and knows how to speak great English. A very delicious vegetarian Indian restaurant with some oriental vegetarian options. Recommend trying their recommended rice!

Went here for iftar (breaking fast) and the food is amazing. Their curry chicken is a must taste. The cold weather in Hokkaido make the garlic nan taste fabulous as they serve it while it hot. Their staff make you feel welcomed and the serving time is reasonable. Overall, if you already tired eating ramen, sushi etc, you should try to check this place out. By the way, they also served free flow of plain water.

Loved the curry here and their cheese nan is phenomenal. They have a nice variety of curries with good spice levels. The service was also great and efficient. You can get all you can drink for different time periods from 1hr up. The price varies per. There is a male/female bathroom located in the restaurant.

Excellent taste. Basic spice rating is 4. But it doesn't even feel a bit. So people who eat a lot of spice go for higher numbers without hesitation.

Authentic Indian food at affordable prices in Sapporo! The staff and the owner were courteous and food tasted delicious! We were offered a complimentary curd and mango dish after our meal which was really a nice touch ! Definitely recommend this place 👌😊

Delicious Indian food! Creamy curries with just the right amount of spice and some of the best naan ever. Make sure you try the garlic cheese naan. Perfect!

On of my favorite meals I’ve had in years. The naan was amazing, as were the curries, tandoori chicken and the lamb. And happy hour beer is not a bad deal at all:). Friendly and helpful staff. We are here for the snow festival and after a day of walking around, we found this restaurant and it was exactly what we needed. The kids really enjoyed it too.

Loved the butter chicken and cheese naan! The obligatory cute Japanese part is the mango yogurt with the store name written in it.

Imagine an Indian-American from California finding a gem of an Indian restaurant in the heart of Sapporo. Great ambiance, lovely Tamilian-Japanese music playing in the background, great food, served with lot of care and personal attention. Food had simple elegance that escapes most of the Indian restaurants in Japan. This isn’t my last trip to Hokkaido. I intend to make this my meal stop every time I come to this city. Great job!

Best place to have indian food in Sapporo. Their daal was great. Pure Indian taste. Chai, you will not be able to differentiate that you are not in India. Simple superb.

Best cheese naan! Better than malaysian naan. The biryani taste differently from what we always had back home but its so good to eat even without gravy. The portion is also huge.

They serve delicious halal food. We love their variety of naans and curries. Always a delight everytime we eat here.

Beautiful place with brilliantly cooked Indian food, so great to have this here among all Japanese food with raw fish. Can cook you veg. Very tasty like in real India. Convenient gradation of hot-nonhot spicies is present, which is great for everyone:)

When you are in Japan and you are longing for some sumptuous Indian meal, this is the right place. I loved the dishes and found some of the dishes way better than restaurants in India. And the best part is the non veg is halal. I thoroughly enjoyed the non veg dishes. Well the wait time for my order was a little long but it was worth.

The food was amazing. Everything tasted good. But, the portions were so small, that you have to bring a microscope to see the samosa. If you are almost full, and have very little space to fill, JYOTI is the place.

Found this gem thanks to advice from others, it has a great variety of curries for everyone to enjoy, they are happy to ensure your choice of curry is Vegan if you're vegan, or you can enjoy the amazing vegetarian options like I did with a delish side of Naan bread. I also highly recommend trying the Masala tea, it's the perfect way to warm up before you leave.And the owners and family members are all very friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend to have 1 or 7 meals here while you're in Sapporo :)

Really nice Indian restaurant. Good food in a relaxed atmosphere. The lunch specials are really good value. I'd recommend the freshly cooked nan bread, it's delicious.

Easy to access to this halal restaurant from Susukino station. Food is great. Many selection to choose from. Tandoori chicken is fantastic! Mixed grill is great if you want to try a bit if everything. Mango juice and mango lassi are our favourite drinks. But i must say the garlic naan is really super tasty! Owner is really friendly too!
